If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), they must be in their original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 60 days of the delivery date.

We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site.

Credit notes are non negotiable for transactions over 60 days.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

If you have a warranty query please sent us an email at: support@surftoys.gr and submit as much information as you can so that we can process your request as swiftly as possible.

Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.

If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging. N.B: We operate out of a busy warehouse - we can only accept courier and postal deliveries at this address – we cannot accept items delivered by hand.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the customers rights to cancel the order 14 days after receiving goods.
